Getting Started with Arcnar: Account, Security, Payments and Support
Last updated: 03 October 2026
At Arcnar you manage your servers, domains and business email from a single account. This page walks through what to do in the first ten minutes after you sign up, in order.
1. Create your account and verify your email
On the sign-up page you only need your name, email and a password; no invite code or approval. After signing up, verify your address with the link in the email we send. Invoice and security notices aren't reliably delivered to an unverified address.
2. Fill in your billing profile
Under My Account → Billing Profile, enter your personal or company details (for companies: company name, tax office and tax number). Your official invoices are issued with these details; filling them in before you order shortens checkout.
3. Turn on two-step verification
Your account holds payment methods and running services, so a password alone shouldn't be enough. My Account → Security offers two methods:
| Method | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Email code | A one-time code is sent to your email when you sign in | Getting started quickly |
| Authenticator app | A 6-digit code from an app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password | Recommended; protects you even if your email is compromised |
You can mark a browser you use often as a "trusted browser" so it won't ask for a code for a while. You manage the list in the same section and remove a lost device from there.
4. Paying: card or balance
- Card: every invoice can be paid by credit or debit card, with 3D Secure.
- Balance: use Add funds on the dashboard to load funds in advance. New invoices are paid from this balance first, so you're less likely to miss a due date.
All your invoices are on the Invoices page, where you download each one's PDF and official invoice.
5. Decide what you need
- Server (VPS): pick the European location closest to your users. If you're not sure what fits, read What is a VPS? and first VPS setup.
- Domain: check availability with the domain search in the store.
- Business email and files: Arcnar Workspace. See the business email guide for setup.
- Custom software: the quote form for work that isn't in the catalog.
6. If something goes wrong
- Open a ticket from the Support Tickets page. Tickets go to the team, not to a bot; if it's about a service, select that service in the ticket so it moves faster.
- Check status.arcnar.com to see live whether there's an outage.
- Phone and other contact details are on the contact page.
