Turkcell Mailim is shutting down. Don't lose your mail.
Mailim shuts down completely on 31 October 2026, and mailbox data can't be accessed after 1 December 2026. Your domain stays yours; you only change where the mail goes.
Switch in three steps
Choose how many people you need. The Starter plan includes 5 people; you add more per person.
The panel shows the MX, SPF and DKIM records for your domain, detects which company runs your DNS and gives tips for it.
In webmail, Profilim → Veri geçişi (My profile → Data migration) copies your old mailbox with its folders. Nothing is deleted at the source, and an interrupted migration resumes where it stopped.
If IMAP access is enabled on your Mailim mailbox, choose "Diğer (IMAP)" (Other) in data migration and enter Mailim's IMAP server. You can find it in the Mailim admin panel or from Turkcell business support.

FAQ
Do I need to move my domain away from Turkcell?
No. Your domain stays where it is registered; you only change the mail records (MX, SPF, DKIM) in DNS to the values shown in the panel.
What happens to my old mail?
The data migration tool copies it into your new mailbox with its folders. We recommend finishing before Mailim shuts down.
Will mail stop during the switch?
Not if you follow the order: create the mailboxes and copy the old mail first, then change MX. Run the migration once more the next day to pick up anything in between.
How long does it take?
Setup takes minutes and DNS usually spreads within minutes to a few hours. Copying mail can take a few hours depending on mailbox size.
