Yandex Mail is paid now. Move somewhere better value.
Yandex 360 business mail on your own domain has been paid since 20 May 2026. Mailboxes that don't move to a paid plan become read-only: you can read mail but can't send.
Switch in three steps
Choose how many people you need. The Starter plan includes 5 people; you add more per person.
The panel shows the MX, SPF and DKIM records for your domain, detects which company runs your DNS and gives tips for it.
In webmail, Profilim → Veri geçişi (My profile → Data migration) copies your old mailbox with its folders. Nothing is deleted at the source, and an interrupted migration resumes where it stopped.
Yandex is a preset in data migration: create a mail app password under Yandex ID → Security → App passwords and use it. IMAP must be enabled in Yandex Mail settings.

Why Arcnar Workspace?
- Your own domain [email protected] — shared team inboxes (support@, sales@) and aliases don't count as people.
- Priced and invoiced in Turkish lira. Exchange rates don't change your bill.
- Webmail, phone and Outlook. Calendar and contacts included; works in any app over IMAP/SMTP.
- ArcDrive. Your team's shared file space; send large attachments as links.
- Support from real people. If you get stuck migrating, open a ticket and we'll look at it together.
FAQ
Can I move a read-only mailbox?
Yes, as long as reading still works. Data migration reads over IMAP; even with sending disabled your mail is copied with its folders.
Do I need to move my domain?
No. Your domain stays where it is registered; you only change the mail records in DNS to the values shown in the panel.
How does the price compare with Yandex?
Yandex charges a USD price per person that moves with the exchange rate. Arcnar Workspace is priced in lira, and the Starter plan includes 5 people for one price. See the table below for the current comparison.
Will mail stop during the switch?
Not if you follow the order: create the mailboxes and copy the old mail first, then change MX.
